I understand hair and nail appointments can fall behind from one client to another so I was okay with waiting, especially since the staff kept apologizing. I saw Natasha for my hair trim and she was awesome! She kept in mind the length I wanted and explained to me the cut she thought would work best for my features and kept the conversations rolling! She complimented the shape to my face and was very polite through the entire process. Since they were new to the building, and I'm somewhat new to the area she gave me a tour of the building and services they offered after she was done with me hair! I would give them 5 stars if it wasn't for the 20 minute wait for my appointment. I will be sure to visit again!
