With Frank and Holly, we are both getting better hair cuts and stylings than we were formerly getting elsewhere. With our visits to their shop, Frank and Holly extend every courtesies to us. In years past, we were clients of "high end" shops; shops where I was charged $40 a cut before we found Frank and Holly. My significant other (S.O.) was paying $200 for color and a styling cut in other high end shops. The charges for the same cut, and color with a styling cut are much more reasonable with Frank and Holly. This shop epitomizes your expectations as to hair cuts and styling.

This conflicted with both my husband and son's hair appt. Between myself and husband I know we called AJ at least 6 times trying to get rescheduled to a time that would work ‍ AJ bless his heart he answered every phone call and every question about his schedule. He was so professional and polite and super helpful throughout the whole process of scheduling I'm sure it was frustrating because it was to me. I cannot express the level of patience and professionalism he gave it was so above and beyond there just isn't enough words to express how grateful I am. My first experience was filled with attention to exactly the look I wanted and I got exactly that. My hair is down to my shoulders and I wanted a woman to cut it. It went from the perfect length but a shaggy mop to the perfect length with a bit of style. She took extra time to get the one detail I particularly wanted, cut to allow for a good ponytail for work. I left satisfied that I'd found a regular place to get my hair in shape. I'll be back.
