I called to ask if our new insurance was accepted and the lady at the front desk was so rude and immediately cut me off and said " We don't take that " didn't even let me finish my question. Like I mentioned we went to him for over 6 years, and once we moved I took my children to a Pediatric dentist and so many problems were found that Dr. Travis never even addressed. Now keep in mind this is after religiously getting our checkups every 6 months on the dot. Overall horrible care and service, I don't recommend this place to anyone at all. I cant believe they can be so rude and disrespectful after being a patient's for so long. Unreal and very disappointing.

I was working in remote locations and trusted everything was fine. I received a $3,000 bill and was told we were out of network. They never told him he was out of network, totally took advantage of a young man working his butt off and contributing to a community he's not even from. Shameless.

Not only did Dr. Schieck fix my dental problem (which was a result of a bad filling done by another dentist) but I've been so very pleased with the care his has given at regular 6-month follow up visits in the 3 years since. I must also recognize my hygienist Julia for her care --- she is gentle with cleanings and always so genuinely friendly. If you're looking for a reliable, caring staff, look no further.
