The job felt reasonably priced. The materials looked good. Dealing with the fellas that did the…read morework was fine. Everyone was very polite and courteous. Try to get the PM/GC/salesman to do some easy warranty work after they were paid in full. Good luck with that. A decorative fake vent at the peak was blown off by the wind twice. First time they put it back up because they were still working on other parts of the project. Second time nothing but lip service. Exchanged some text messages with faux promises and 6 weeks later still not reattached.

Hired these guys to paint my kitchen cabinets and do some other patch work. If I was grading them…read moresimply on the painting I would give them higher marks. From a minimum perspective, they showed up when they said they would, gave us a reasonable bid and did some extra patch work that turned out good. The workmanship though is where I have questions. Some of the paint has chipped off in spots. The hinging of the cabinet doors and installation of the other hardware was a joke. It ended up looking crooked, sloppy and hastily completed. My other point of contention was that I had to totally clean my kitchen afterwards. Lesson Learned: You get what you pay for. They were by far the lowest bid and we paid for the workmanship.

Certainly better than the builder did. They even did the bottom trim correctly by making the bottom piece shorter and the side pieces longer. (If the bottom is longer, the water can sit and rot the material.) My only caution would be not to hire his worker to do any shower work. Based on what the worker told me, he doesn't know how to do showers correctly.

Not only did they get everything there and ordered in that time frame, they also had it fully completed in one day! Another thing we extremely appreciated was they took the time to comb through the grass and picked every single item out of it. I would say our yard looked better when they left then when they came! Plus no one wants a nail in their tire. They make sure that that would not happen! We can't thank you enough!

I will definitely be hiring him again! The main thing he did was finish trimming out an eave that I guess the builder of my home just figured didn't need to be done because no one could easily see it. It had huge gaps on two sides. Eric easily closed it up. He also closed a hole near the front door where birds were nesting as well as painted the wood to blend. Would recommend.
