My main issue is every time my son calls whether it be looking for a part or needs some kinda service he is treated VERY poorly. I hate to say it but I will never buy another bike or product from this place and that goes for my son and grandson as well. I would not take my business there I would rather drive to Champaign to a shop then be treated poorly by Kawtown.

They didn't follow instructions, didn't repair the bike I brought in (a much older Yamaha), made it worse (admitted to stripping a gear), added parts that didn't fix the problem, and didn't behave in what I feel is a professional matter. They seemed poised, after all of this, that I was going to sue them; I didn't. I won't set foot in their shop again; caveat emptor.

I was now making the run to the Middle East Conflicts wall when I bike won't start. I get my bike here hoping that it would be an easy fix and I would be back on the road soon. I was crushed when the service writer told me that he would be able to get to it sometime the next week. I was crushed. I had to get back to CA later that week. I mentioned some of my plight and was told that he would do his best to get to it sometime that day. A tech was on my bike in an hour and thoroughly diagnosed my bike. I had been told this dealership has great customer service…read more.... Recently I had replaced my front tire on our 2017 Roadmaster, and did not realize the TPMS had not paired up. I called the dealership on a Saturday morning and spoke with Brent, he said "come on in" and we will get you set up today. Upon arrival Kelly made sure we got into the shop right away. I had also heard good things about a mechanic named Randy over there. Randy is a very seasoned mechanic, he did a great job getting the bike out of the shop in no time at all. Kelly checked back in with us after we did some shopping to make sure we were well taken care of. My wife and I cannot say enough about the outstanding customer service we received on our visit to Indian Motorcycle of Lafayette. By the way, we got some great deals on jackets and gear, the dealership has a great inventory to chose from. We will be back!
