The roof leak was fixed but they did not come out on the day scheduled. Which was a sunny Monday…read moredidn't call when I called Tony he said it was raining out by his workers house so he wasn't coming out could be there tomorrow. Should of said don't but he had good reviews. When the job was complete I went on the roof which surprised the worker and Tony and NO TILES had been repaired which was part of the quote plus his worker did not caulk the gap in the fascia. He did fix all the tiles after that. Tony promises to do it right then you have to hold him to it and make sure it gets done. On the plus side roof hasn't leaked. UPDATE Just found out that my neighbor who used Leak Proof is taking him to court because of the "repair" he did, which leaked after 6 months and caused a lot of damage. UPDATE 2 Spoke too soon my roof leaking in same area which he was suppose to repair. Description of work: Fixed a roof leak, replaced rotten fascia and tune up the roof tiles i.e. repair replace broken tiles..

Y'all, I am finally getting a new roof after Hurricane Sally tore through here Sept 11 2020!! My…read moreinsurance denied the damages and stalled all this time until I found a guy named Joshua Mobley with M&N Contracting Services LLC. This man stuck with me every step of the way by repeatedly documenting over and over again what the initial adjuster had (conveniently) overlooked and they would not send anyone else out to recheck the damages. Josh persisted with photos, measurements, and precisely worded emails until FINALLY they could no longer deny their shortcomings ( I'm being polite, they were criminal actually) and agreed to fulfil their obligations to honor my home owners insurance policy. Josh is as upstanding as the come! He returned phone calls, followed up when he said he would, came by when he said he would & did so on time every time! He has remarkable knowledge and an unrivaled skill set of dealing with insurance that is extraordinary! An outstanding man in business and outstanding as a person! I HIGHLY recommend him for any and all of your roofing & contstruction needs! Also, his crew that is doing the labor are exceptionally talented in their trade, polite, and are getting this done to a 10 out of 10 standard! Thank you Joshua Mobley & all of the M&N crew! Excellent 5 star rating!
