I made it clear that my design consultant would be making a special trip to also attend the meeting. We waited and waited, but no show. So I phoned - to be told that his car had broken down the previous day and he was all stressed out so couldn't make it. My impression is of an unorganised and unreliable one-man band (Moe) without even the common courtesy to phone in advance to apologise and cancel a planned meeting. I feel fortunate that I found out about him before putting any money at risk.
