Loved this adorable cafe! Beautiful, airy decor with both indoor and outdoor seating. It's no…read morewonder that it is often used as an event space for weddings and other events. The tuna fish and deli chicken baguettes were hearty, filling, and delicious. In addition, they serve bagels, muffins, an item of the day, various drinks (alcoholic and not), muffins, fresh waffles, and CAKES! Cakes looked really wonderful (apple, blueberry cream, cheesecake, nut chocolate, etc) and appear to be a real draw but we resisted.

Wir kennen und schätzen das Bauerncafé im Gut Hellenbruch schon seit einigen Jahren und sitzen in der wärmeren Jahreszeit immer mal wieder gerne draußen im Schatten der alten Bäume falls man dort noch einen freien Platz findet! Unser kurzer Mittagsspaziergang heute endete am warmen Ofen in der urigen Bauernstube. Dort servierte uns die freundliche Wirtin Gabriele Lünenburg eine deftige Graupensuppe, ein leckeres Schmalzbrot und mir zum Abschluss eine große Portion einer ihrer zahlreichen selbst gebackenen Kuchen. Die vielen Kaffeegäste, die nach uns die gute Stube' betraten, beweisen, dass Gut Hellenbruch bei Mettmannern zu Recht schon lange kein Geheimtipp mehr ist. read more

Tolle Aussicht am Eingang, es gibt nicht's besseres als ein Kaffee zu Genießen, dabei sein Kuchen zu essen und draußen die Natur zu betrachten, die Preise sind vollkommen okay, einem Freund hat es nicht gefallen wie die Service-kraft dort ist aber Nunja für mich war es Toll :-) read more
