Today my wife showed up at 1:55 p.m. it very clearly states on the door that on Fridays they are open until 3:00 p.m. knocked on the door rang the bell three times. No one answered. We decided to call the phone number and see if someone was even inside. An employee suddenly came out of the door and headed to her car and my wife asked her if they were open and she said no we're closed. My wife said I just need to drop some papers off and she was told to fax them. This is unacceptable. If your office hours are posted on your wall that's when you should be open. And you should be available to your clients during those hours. This was a simple drop off of paperwork. This kind of inconvenience makes it unlikely that I will ever recommend anyone to this Law Firm again.
