You order online because it makes it convenient and my multiple experiences with this location particularly be lacking every time. I go here because it's close to home but if I can I'll go to the Ladner location or the queensBurrough location. The staff at this location needs more training on how to do the job or the really don't care. Either way either check out another location or go there a pick what you need yourself.
