I was lucky to work with Dr. Cynthia Ream-Garcia, is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Strength and Conditioning Specialist. She's a former athlete--and a lovely, caring human being. I actually looked forward to my sessions with Dr. Ream-Garcia because she's so kind, caring, intelligent and fun. Her assistants were likewise nice people who made it a pleasure to visit. The building has free underground parking making it especially convenient. I've recommended it to my friends and I recommend it to you!

I had a generally positive experience at Dr. Bauman Chiropractic, with a few caveats…read more Scheduling was very easy, and the front office staff was friendly, organized, and welcoming, which I really appreciated. As a first-time patient, I personally would have liked a bit more individualized care during my adjustment. The appointment was fairly brief (around 15 minutes) and felt more standardized than tailored to my specific needs. This may work well for many patients, but for me, I tend to respond better to a more customized approach. I also think body type can play a role in chiropractic care. While Dr. Bauman is clearly knowledgeable and professional, those in larger bodies may feel more comfortable with a chiropractor who has greater physical strength or uses different techniques. The office does offer some nice amenities, including a rolling adjustment table, access to massage therapists, and discounted rates on certain days. My insurance doesn't cover chiropractic visits, and the $60 out-of-pocket cost felt reasonable for this area. Overall, this practice may be a good fit for some, but I left wishing my regular chiropractor had availability, as I didn't feel quite as confident that my migraine symptoms were fully resolved. I appreciate the professionalism of the staff and would recommend others decide based on their personal preferences and needs. Also, parking is pretty easy. Street parking or a no-cost lot in the back.

Incredible Results from Dr. Dan Zucker - A Game-Changer!…read more I wish I had discovered Dr. Dan Zucker years ago. As someone who plays a lot of competitive pickleball, I'd recently been feeling stiff, sluggish, and just off my game. A friend suggested I try getting an adjustment, and that one recommendation completely changed the way I move and feel. From the moment I walked into Dr. Dan's office (he has locations in both Sherman Oaks and Porter Ranch), I knew I was in good hands. His team took the time to get to know me--not just my symptoms, but my lifestyle, athletic goals, and what I wanted to achieve physically. It didn't feel rushed or transactional. It felt personalized, thoughtful, and professional. Dr. Dan himself is the real deal. Gentle, calming, and clearly an expert in his craft. His bedside manner is excellent--he listens well, explains things clearly, and makes you feel totally comfortable. The atmosphere in his office is also top-notch. While I waited, I met a few of his other clients--let's just say, if you know sports or film, you'd recognize some of them. That alone speaks volumes about the trust high performers place in him. But here's the part that blew me away: after one 30-minute adjustment, I walked out of there feeling completely different. Lighter. Freer. More mobile. That same evening on the court, my movement was sharper, quicker, and more explosive. Even the guys I usually play with noticed and commented on the change. If you're an athlete--or honestly, anyone who wants to move better and feel better--go see Dr. Dan Zucker. His work speaks for itself. I only wish I had understood the value of chiropractic care sooner. Dr. Dan is hands-down the best in the game.

I can't say that…read morehe has fixed my back entirely, but I do remember when I started coming here, my back was in more pain than it is now. His methods are different from my past visits at other practices where those doctors would have me lie on my side and put their knee on meed for added torque when trying to crack my back. I don't like it when Chiros do this because it kind of is bad for your back if done incorrectly or with too much torque being applied. Parking can be an issue because they only have about 3-4 spaces available. But you can always park on the street in the neighborhood.

I just finished two months of therapy at Mehta Family Healthcare and I don't even have the adjectives to describe how amazing this office is. Dr. Amit and Dr. Elad are simply outstanding. Dr. Amit is not only friendly, professional, and super knowledgeable, but Dr. Elad is also a ton of fun, incredibly knowledgeable, and truly understands his profession. You can tell they genuinely care about getting you better. And the staff? Incredible! Jessica, Sherina, Jenny, and Val at the front desk were all amazing. They do so much more than front desk work. They run the therapy, get you set up on the heating packs, hook you up to all the electrical therapy, and get you on the massage chair. They were not only caring, fun, and friendly, but they made every visit something I actually looked forward to. Now that my therapy is over, I already miss them. I've been dealing with…read morechronic lower back and shoulder pain, and Dr. Tran did an amazing job addressing the problem. It turns out I had a hip misalignment, and her method was completely different from what I remember from many years ago, when chiropractors would twist you around and try to pop different parts of your body. Instead, Dr. Tran used these little attachments to work through my tight muscles, covered my back with a heated blanket, and then used a tool that sounded like I was being stapled--but surprisingly, it was completely painless! Afterwards, I had a massage with Jerry, who was very nice and made me feel completely comfortable. I had never had a male massage therapist before, so I asked if I could keep my clothes on, and he said absolutely--it was no problem and he was able to work around it. The front desk staff, Cynthia, was also wonderful and did a great job finding a schedule that worked for me. I'm especially happy that they were able to get my insurance to cover the visit! The next morning, I felt so much better. Getting out of bed was noticeably easier, and I didn't have to grunt and struggle like I usually do. I highly recommend this place if you're dealing with back or shoulder pain. Everyone was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire experience. The only downside is the parking. If you don't want to pay an excessive amount for parking, I suggest looking for street parking nearby.

Generally, I have it under control, but when it flares, it flares. The PT exercises and other tools I typically used to manage it were no longer really helping. Enter Myo and Dr. Bahar Gord. Right from the first assessment, she was so attentive and really listened to my concerns. She watched my movement and honed in immediately on what was plaguing me and saw the full picture, not just the one issue. I told her I already had an arsenal of exercises -- the typical core, glute, hip flexor approaches and that I was looking for something that would be complimentary. She immediately saw something deeper and ever since, she has been incredible. I have learned a whole new set of PT exercises and an approach to the deep core that I had been missing from prior exercises (which aren't wrong or bad, they just weren't getting to the core of the issue. See what I did there? Lolzzz). Anywho, Bahar is a body mechanics master. She introduced a range of new exercises and a focus on deep core modalities to retrain my entire physiology. She explains the physics of each in easy to visualize and understand language. And, she is patient, kind, and truly cares about helping you not only feel better now, but to set you up for success for a lifetime. I can't thank her enough.

Alright for real though: Chiropractic Services: She's very professional and will assess what your adjustment needs are based on a physical evaluation of your pain points. She's thorough, efficient, and will leave you feeling relaxed and well taken care of. 5/5 would recommend. Ambeyonce: Ambiance is pretty bright, as expected in a clinic. Parking: Her office is located in the Chase Bank building, so there is a parking lot and street parking available. Entrance is around the corner of the street, ideally not through the chase bank otherwise you might walk out with a new account. Not really shaded though but I mean, listen, it's free.99 what more can you ask for? Bottom Line: She's an amazing chiropractor and she will help you achieve your skeletal needs!
