During my follow-up appointment with Dr. Said he did not take the time to check the pacemaker at all. He got very defensive and told me my pain could be from any number of things, kidneys, gall bladder etc. When I reiterated that the pain began after the pacemaker was put in he just dismissed me and said it wasn't the pacemaker and to get a second opinion. Upon getting a second opinion, I found out that the pacemaker wasn't put in properly. I then had surgery to remove the pacemaker which resolved the pain. I learned that I did not need the pacemaker in the first place and that the doctor that removed it has been cleaning up Dr. Said's mistakes for years. What I did need was an ablation, which solved my problem. Dr. Said went from being nice before surgery, to hostile and arrogant afterwards. Worst experience ever.

I had an appointment over a month ago and I'm still waiting for a prescription to be called in, I have called to check on it twice and they still have not called to follow up. When I voice concerns to her, she invalidates them. When it comes to health concerns, she gives me only one option for treatment and does not listen to my questions or concerns. Also, after having blood work done and receiving a huge bill from my insurance company, I was told she could have classified the lab work in a different way in which it would have been completely covered by insurance. My quality of life has gone down due to a lack of treatment for certain medical concerns. Please do not place something as important as your health in her hands.
