Conveniently locate right off the highway. Has all the functions as an outpatient hospital.

Yes, billing is an absolute nightmare. They incorrectly coded a routine screening (blood pressure…read moreand cholesterol), which my insurance (which is through Mayo) assured me should be covered. Three months later and 6 calls to billing and it's still not resolved. They told me not to pay my bill and they would get back to me in a couple weeks. No one has contacted me and now they are increasing my charges by adding late fees. They are completely incompetent. While my GP is okay, I wouldn't give the care any better rating. It's very hard to get an appointment with your doctor quickly even if it's for an urgent matter. And if you have any intention of seeking behavioral or mental health care with them- don't even bother. Mayo (and unfortunately much of the local community) are very backwards in their treatment of mental health issues. They alternatively make you feel like a freak, a criminal, or a failure. Their goal is to "solve" your problem in as short a time period as possible and move you along the conveyor belt. They are very happy to hand out medication though. It's also incredibly difficult to even get an appointment with a counselor. Frankly I stopped going altogether because the way my counselor treated me made me feel worse about myself. Better to spend the money on something useful. And last, they're pretty unprofessional. I've been called honey repeatedly by nurses, which I can handle when the nurse is matronly and unthreatening, but makes me extremely uncomfortable when it's a young man my age. Nurses have acted shocked when I tell them about pretty unshocking issues that I've come in for. Maybe in those instances I'm being overly critical, but I've also had several doctors tell me how bad their insurance was compared to mine and complain to me about how management works them. Awkward.

I have Interstitial cystitis and Endometriosis which have been diagnosed, verified by multiple…read moresurgeries, imaging available in my chart and multiple Dr.s. Due to the extreme amount of pain Interstitial Cystitis causes it's actually called painful bladder condition and the pain is comparable to end stage cancer. My goal was to discuss option for removing my bladder or having it resectioned. Dr. Susan Johnston PA at this location has the audacity to say that it was "anxiety" and that I should see a "therapist". As a female and someone that should understand pain to a degree I am so disappointed and disgusted that this is her actual "diagnosis". I have pain that feels like acid, flames, and a knife 24/7 and anyone that has IC knows it never stops. It's not "anxiety" it's an actual autoimmune disease that affects 4 to 12 million Americans. Please before you decide to schedule with this provider see anyone else. Don't allow her to belittle you and document that you have "anxiety". Rude, condescending, and unprofessional. You don't need to let someone else make you feel worse. I know I felt awful after hearing this. Warning to all!
