High praise to him for attention to detail and commitment to quality. The project took a little longer than we had expected (8 hours vs 3-4) as it was just a two person crew but based on how we priced it (labor + material) there was no issue. Sharing this more for awareness as he's more of a small business starting out than a crew with a branded truck ready to complete and leave. We started calling trying to get someone out to look at it and always got the run around of Bradley is gone, Bradley is Hunting, Bradley is the only one to do claims; no calls no show. I had to call to find out who made our carpet because there invoices do not show anything other then color name and totals, they told us they do this so people cant tell where they are cutting costs at. Finally I found out who made the carpet and called Shaw the carpet manufacturer, and had to take care of the warranty claim through them as I could never get a call back from Cardinal. I also tried to call Cardinal to see if we could get a copy of what the inspection report showed; still no call back. Mind you this is after the worst install ever, it was scheduled for 2.5 days, it took their installers 4.5 days with arguing between the installers in front of us. The installers didn't bring their own cleaning supplies, they used and burned up my vacuum to clean the carpet after it was installed, they left the garage door open during a dust storm with all our stuff in there and didn't care. One of the installers cut his finger and started bleeding, didn't try and clean up the blood on the NEW carpet, we had to clean it. They were staying till 8 at night getting here between 10am and noon each day. We went in and talked with the salesman and the owner and neither one of them cared about the experience we were having. If you want to look at flooring go to Franks, they stepped up when Cardinal wouldn't and made it right. Thank you so much to Franks and there installer Mike. They were done in 1.5 days while moving furniture too. Just a FYI you get what you paid for they were cheaper than everyone else in town but now we know why.

Made a huge mistake getting my carpet from Premier Flooring. Carpet is nice, but installation was…read morean epic fail. There are numerous seams throughout my hallway, that are ridiculously visible and the worse part is my bedroom, where the carpet doesn't even touch the wall. Carpet was installed on 9/21 and I was back on the phone with Bre, our salesperson the next day. She has been to the house to inspect and wasn't happy with the install. Keith, a different installer came by in Oct, but refused to put on a mask to speak to my husband, a 70% disabled veteran. We told him he could work without a mask, but to speak with us in our home, we requested he wear one. He refused and left. Don't let the nice storefront or friendly customer service faces fool you, their work is crap. I have to see it every day. Bre is no longer looking for solutions to correct their problem, she's but the whole experience on ignore and refuses to call. Go anywhere else to get your flooring!

We wish there was a higher rating we could give Turner Carpets…read more Amy was very helpful and patient with us as we figured out what kind of flooring we wanted to turn our 1,000 square foot garage into an artist studio. (I think we changed our minds 5 times until we finally landed on the products!) Then Kenny and his crew came out and did a wonderful job which included fillinging the cracks in the concrete, then spraying down a non-toxic, non-off gassing concrete sealer, laying down a 100% recycled vapor barrier and a beautiful marmoleum floor made from all natural materials. They came on short notice, with a very quick turn-around of 3 days of labor. Their work was meticulous, they cleaned up after themselves really well each day, had a fantastic attitude while doing it and left us with a beautiful new studio!!! We will be so excited to use Turner Carpets for future projects!
