Support your local - and not-so-local bookstore!…read more Visited Rome last week and while enjoying Campo de Fiori and Taba Cafe saw this place. I just started learning Italian half a year ago so thought I'd drop in and see if I could find a modern Italian novel that doesn't have post-modern Italian, but something I could reliably derive grammar and vocab from. So I tried my best to get that across to the bearded gentleman who I suspect is the proprietor. What a great guy. His English may not be perfect, but it's far better than my Italian! May seem like a little thing, but experiences like this just made me love visiting Rome all the more. Grazie mille!
