At check out, the lady asked us for the patio key, my husband told her we were told there wasn't one and never given one, she looked and said "Well, it's hanging right here." It certainly would've been handy to have all week! Service not 4 stars! Great view and location right on the beach. I love the two levels - giving views from living and bedroom. Walls, ceiling need clean up and touch up paint. Ceiling tile missing. Overall a nice and well stocked kitchen. HOWEVER, I pulled dirty dishes out of the cabinet!!! NOT cool. Extra parking across the street - though we were never told that at check in either. Their front desk people need to give more info. instead of acting like we were interrupting their computer time. There are 2 baths, 3 bed rooms, All units have a water view, Living Room, Dinning room, and full Kitchen with laundry. We had a great time. Weather the first couple days was not the best, but we went to see the town then. The rest of the time it was windy but Sunny. I was told the wind was not normally that bad. I look forward to next year. They do have a computer you can use for $2 for 30mins. Unless others are waiting for it, they will not hold you to the 30mins.

This is an absolutely great place to vacation or spend some time with friends, family or…read moresignificant other. The property is kept very clean and security are on top of things. Quiet time is from 10 to 10. The nice things about it, is there are more owners than weekly rentals. So don't have all the traffic and congestion. The pools are not overcrowded and the pool deck always has chairs available. The beach access is nice as well it is not over crowded and kept clean. The location is past all the congestion of the strip, and it is easy to get on any road and go. Pier Park with traffic was 20 mins on 98. A few notes, they don't have programs to entertain kids, there are kids but they are few younger ones. There is only 3 units per floor, which is nice. They are all big and most rooms windows face the gulf! Overall this is a great property for beach time fun with out too much of the touristy mess the other properties on the strip bring!

When I went to explain my situation the owner Mitch Dever, told me he did not care about my job or anything else that is going on. All he cares about is my having the full amount of the rent to him on the 1st of each month. Now, we had had issues here with bugs, kitchen appliances being outdated and in bad shape....We chose to stay here, even with the problems, because the property Manager was working with us on the rent. Well something happened and now the owner is all of a sudden the property manager, the person I had the agreement (verbal) with does not work here anymore, so if I don't come up with all money owed by Tuesday, December 26th he is going to evict me. The grounds are not kept up like they use to be, the laundry room very rarely has washer and dryers that work, people let their dogs poop all over the place and now this man wants to get ugly and threaten me. I would advise you to stay away from this man, because as he told me "its my way or the highway. If you don't have your rent to me before I get in on Tuesday be prepared to move". All he cares about is making money.......but he doesn't even want to use the money to keep up the apartment complex.

If you're thinking about renting here, run don't walk away! The units have problems with the…read more25-yr. old plumbing and with cockroaches and if maintenance arrives at all it's with a bottle of Drano or a can of Raid and a few roach traps (don't ask them to spend any money on repairs). They don't do background or credit checks so cops are frequently on the property serving warrants and breaking up domestic disputes (like the meth dealer that was busted in the building over to ours). Finally, when you come to your senses and decide to get the heck out of here, don't expect your deposit back no matter how clean you leave the apartment. The manager, Ronny, will tell you the check's in the mail (ha ha) but it won't ever arrive and they'll ignore your phone calls and ignore your complaint with the BBB.

There will probably be lots of construction going on all summer in PCB area. Resort construction limited access to pool & beach, the noises (metal saws on concrete & jack hammers, cringe worthy) the only 2 sunny days of the week ran us out of the condo but usually done around 5pm. Some clanking above our room ALL NIGHT 1 night from construction cables hanging down the bldg. I wish they would've given us construction notice prior to our stay, we could've gone elsewhere or booked later in year. This corner unit (0412) 3bdrm, offers great beach views with dolphins nearly every day. It was beautifully decorated and spacious for us (6 adults) with a wrap around patio. Kitchen comes fully stocked with a blender, could use a strainer though. Extra supplies in closets such as beach toys, lawn chairs etc... Lvg room has 2 recliners and 2 coaches of which 1 unfolds into a dbl bed. The 2 king beds are high/tall but there are 2 step stools in the front living area for this, otherwise pretty comfy. The 2nd king could use a light in the closet. There are 2 blow up mattresses and pump in the master closet. The master closet is big enough for a tiny bedroom in a pinch. The patio wraps around and all bedrooms have sliding doors that open to patio. The patio furniture could use updating, as is 2 chairs fit the picnic table, 2 chairs are too tall for the table, 2 nice plastic loungers and 2 wooden old unstable loungers that really should go in trash. Beach chairs/umbrellas do NOT come with this condo as advertised. You can rent them on the beach for $40 a set/day ($30 w/ military discount) Host was ALWAYS very nice and accommodating. Host did give us a discount on the condo due to all the construction. I would've given 5 stars if not for construction. You go to the beach for rest and relaxation not construction noises. We will stay here again but we will call ahead to check for construction.

It was super clean and had all the accommodations we needed for a great stay! The Treasure Island Resort staff was so friendly and made everything super easy & smooth so we could just relax during our stay. The condo sits right on the beach with only steps away from the water. The ocean was clear and the sand was super clean! Our balcony overlooked the ocean from our bedroom & the living room area which was just breathtaking!
