    Overall Pelican Walk has a lot to offer. Lots of people to engage with, Pickleball (right on…read morecampus), cards, dog park w/disposable bags, 2 pools w/ one heated and one unheated. Nice and helpful staff and outstanding beach. Great views from the condos. Unfortunately, we rented via Airbnb instead of the onsite Anchor Management. Our condo had lights burned out, disgustingly dirty carpeting in the bedroom and rug in living room. A large, smashed dead bug on the slider shade. No lid on the trash can that is stuffed in the pantry/laundry room. Smoke detector hanging from the ceiling, not really enough kitchen cooking needs. When you are there 2-1/2 months we tend to cook a lot. Now mixing bowls, mixer or large pots. Goodwill was my favorite store the first 2 weeks. No vacuum cleaner. Bed was somewhat broken and mattress was flat and lumpy, including the pillows. (Owners actually ordered new mattress and pillows for us) Coat rack was loose and about to fall off the wall. One tiny dresser. We made do, but this year, we already signed a contract with Anchor Mgt. for a really beautiful condo for about the same price, but much larger, updated and fully stocked kitchen. We were able to check it out before signing up. Last winter the water went out twice for a day which is very inconvenient, so we bought 4 gallons of water at Publix. Our only issue is that we signed a contract which included a 1 time Pet Fee then the same day our first installment for the first month was charged to our credit card, the Pet Fee was changed to $150 every month. Complained as others have, but to no avail. Great location and walking distance to a lot of restaurants and stores.

They said that it was only down for an hour, which was not true Bed...worst mattress ever. Sinks!! placing a topper on top of a bad mattress does not make it better Bedroom: closets and drawers...let's just say we did not place our clothes there. Just left them in the suitcase Sofa: super uncomfortable and dated Patio chairs: one was broken ( crack)and both were hard, no cushions TVs: size of my computer monitor...actually smaller. Guest Bathroom: you would not like to shower in that shower and toilet was extremely low . Also to flush, u have to stand there holding the handle Kitchen: needs updating,but it did have a new coffee maker No security Kids unaccompanied in hot tub Will never be back!!!

    This HOA management company is an absolute disgrace, lacking any sense of professionalism,…read moreintegrity, or accountability. They blatantly violate their own CC&Rs while selectively enforcing rules to harass homeowners. Instead of fostering a fair and supportive community, they have created an environment of intimidation and hostility, targeting families with no justification. William Abel Lance, despite being a veteran himself, has discriminated against me for my military status and even made threats via email about contacting my employer--a clear form of harassment. This is completely unacceptable and beyond inappropriate for an HOA representative. As someone with documented PTSD, his actions have been not only traumatizing but also deeply unethical. No HOA should be interfering in personal or professional matters in such an aggressive and reckless manner. Amanda is equally unprofessional and uninformed. She and William continuously fail to understand or enforce their own rules properly, making arbitrary decisions that only further prove their incompetence. To make matters worse, they refuse to provide homeowners with any HOA meetings despite repeated requests from the community. Their lack of transparency and accountability is completely unacceptable. Avoid dealing with this company at all costs! Our entire community has had enough of their unprofessionalism, harassment, and failure to uphold even the most basic standards of HOA management. Homeowners deserve respect, fairness, and a management company that actually follows the rules--not one that abuses its power while ignoring the voices of the people they are supposed to serve. Below 0 decorum from everyone at this establishment, not worth the money whatsoever.

    During the summer of 2018, I booked a beach house, Upon arrival we found out that our house had…read morebeen double booked. They offered us two condos in a resort that was on the beach. It was horrible! In one unit the AC didn't work and was nasty dirty. Like mold in the toilet dirty. The resort had four elevators, three of which were broken. It was the worst vacation ever. They begged me to call them again the next summer. Well early spring of 2019 I called them again and booked a beach house. This house was so cute and in a great location. But then it all started to fall apart. The kids were complaining that the tv's and internet were not working. The AC was not working. Then we noticed that all the food that we put into the frig was getting warm as well. The refrigerator was also not working. So I called the office and they said they would sent out an repair man. We went and bought two huge coolers to put our food into, so it would not spoil. Four hours later when the maintenance man came, he said out frig was shot and needed a new circuit board, he cleaned the ac filter which looked like a dead animal in it. It probably hadn't been cleaned or replaced in over a year. No lie. He said they must have had a power surge which took out the tv's and the internet. I was told they would be calling the internet/cable company for that repair. On the third day after Fourteen bags of ice I had to go to the office to find out what was going on. The lady at the front desk was amazing, and I am so sad that I do not remember her name. She was great and is a true asset to this company. However, Brandi. The Supposed manager was terrible. She was uncaring and smirky. I asked what my options were. The nice lady at the front desk showed me other properties that we could move to, but none were beach front. So I asked if getting a refund was a possibility. Immediately Brandi went to the back and issued me a full refund. Then I told her that we didn't want to move. We just wanted all of the amenities that we paid for. The disposal in the sink did not work. One of the toilet seats was cracked in half, which we never even complained of. I do not think that tv, internet and a working refrigerator is too much to ask for. So, Brandi had to recharge my card for they stay. When she did, she over charged me from what I originally paid by $646.61. I asked for at least a mini frig , to get us by until they could fix our frig. My husband was so frustrated, honestly he wanted to cuss and yell, instead he just walked out, Brandi said "Looks like he does not want to stay with us". I again told her that we only wanted what we paid for. So, we left the office with a promise of a mini frig. Once gone Brandi called me and said that she needed an email that stated we would accept this unit even with all the problems if she delivered us a mini frig. OMG!! I was so insulted!! I told her yes but I never sent that email. This all took place around 9 am. Six bags of ice later at about 4 pm some man and lady showed up with a mini frig strapped to the trunk of their car. I called them about the over charge to my credit card and she said that she would take care of it. The tv/internet people never came. The next day we left. Once home, I checked my credit card statement and she did give me a credit for the over-charge but only $594.00 of the $646.61 over charge. I called the main office with LSI Resorts, the parent company and spoke to guy named Brian. He was able to get me the balance of my refund credited to my card. He said that he would email his manager and pass on my story. I left a message, now another week has gone by again. No Brian and no manager, I think I am owed at least a phone call to tell me that is it was it is. Too bad for you. But NOTHING. I do not recommend this company to any one!! It is apparent that they do not care about their clients.
