The resort is also very secure and gated with security so you get a great sense of safety. The property is very clean and workers were out every day outside cleaning and in the corridors. Great, safe, friendly feeling place. Truly VERY close to the beach -- when someone says "just steps to the beach" I'm always like "Well.... how many steps do you mean because like 2 miles is still steps..." but in this case (we were in building C which isn't even the closest) it truly was about a one minute walk - maybe 2 minutes with small kids. I also really liked the rinse-off hoses and showers when you cross into the parking lot -- those saved us a lot of discomfort, mess, and even laundry. They aren't fancy, and it isn't flashy, but this place is clean, comfortable, and really good for families with young kids. The pool is nice, the views are good from most of the units, and we would definitely come back again.

This is an absolutely great place to vacation or spend some time with friends, family or…read moresignificant other. The property is kept very clean and security are on top of things. Quiet time is from 10 to 10. The nice things about it, is there are more owners than weekly rentals. So don't have all the traffic and congestion. The pools are not overcrowded and the pool deck always has chairs available. The beach access is nice as well it is not over crowded and kept clean. The location is past all the congestion of the strip, and it is easy to get on any road and go. Pier Park with traffic was 20 mins on 98. A few notes, they don't have programs to entertain kids, there are kids but they are few younger ones. There is only 3 units per floor, which is nice. They are all big and most rooms windows face the gulf! Overall this is a great property for beach time fun with out too much of the touristy mess the other properties on the strip bring!

The owner has accused us of numerous damages and trying to charge an additional $250! We paid a $150 cleaning fee which she herself "cleans" the unit. I offered to pay for a professional laundry service but thats it. Shes saying the fireplace was damaged by water, the bathrug is stained. Its ridiculous! What if someone had on self tanner (which we did not), or a child wet the bed, or it was blood. I have never dealt with this type of situation in my life. Im 60 years old and have owned my own professional cleaning service for 38 years. I always sweep and clean sinks and counters at any rental. This unit had a dehumidifier that I had to empty three times. We only stayed 3 nights! I paid $1100 that included a cleaning fee. Surely cleaning the sheets properly is included in that $150. Do not rent that unit unless you bring you own linens! Be prepared for the ac and dehumidifier to keep you up all night. This whole situation ruined out trip! Unfortunately, I gave a wonderful review through vrbo upon our arrival. Lesson learned!

Our condo was #1001 on the side of the building and we had a wrap around balcony from the living room (facing the ocean) to the master bedroom (facing east along the shore line), then we had another balcony in the spare bedroom (2beds) facing north and west on looking inland. I loved the balcony it was the best part of the condo. The TV's on the other hand not so much. The one in the living room and master bedroom were the size of my computer screen and the TV in the spare bedroom was a tube TV and smaller! Yeah with a VCR. Now the important stuff, you are only given one roll of tp for each bathroom (2) 1 bar of soap for each bathroom, my brother and I didn't get one, and I bag for each trash can. That is it, so plan on going shopping for that stuff too. The good thing is about a 1/2 mile up the road there is a dollar general, and about 2 1/2 miles east on Thomas there is a shopping center for all of your needs. Also the location was not great............about 2 miles east of the main spring break area with some bars a restaurants, and 8 miles east of the big shopping and dining area called Pier Park. Now Pier Park was awesome lots of cool little shops and restaurants some chain some local. I hope this has helped.

Wonderful heated pool and hot tub. Not a party place. Very chill and relaxing on the quiet side of PCB. We've stayed on the 11th, 12th, and 14th floor in 3 br 2 bath condos. We are very understanding people that believe most people are being honest. We thought maybe the owner "forget" to tell management that they wanted to stay during that time because "snowbirds" come to Florida for just that. That understanding became the complete opposite after seeing the listing "available" but now at a much "higher" rate per night. Long story short, two representatives from VRBO were understanding with our situation and were going to make sure that EMERALD COAST PCB DESTINATIONS would be made aware that this type of unethical business proceedings would not be tolerated by VRBO. That being said, we will book again with VRBO and make sure that any bookings in the future will NOT be managed by EMERALD COAST PCB DESTINATIONS. We hope that this review helps the next vacationers that are just trying to have a wonderful, stress free vacation from "beginning (booking) to going home relaxed and happy".
