I knew I wanted some stone to go around our new pool but I didn't know what kind or color. I went to Gulf Coast Stone and the two guys working there were so helpful and informative! They had so many choices and colors to chose from. The stone is beautiful around the pool and has a great texture to walk on. I'm going back to by some boulders for the yard. Hours of operation should have clued me to customer service. While I was picking stone pavers out in the rain, I was offered no assistance. Not even work gloves! Then when he came out to move the pallet for weighing so I could pay, he was driving his mini-Cat holding an umbrella over his head. Only when he dropped it in the mud, did he offer it to me. Chivalry & old time customer service is dead at this place. Only positive is that it's conveniently located. read more
