The second complained about his hours with this company, came and "fixed" the problem. Neither "fixed" the problem. I called The Rooter Wizard on a Sunday expecting at best an answer machine. Much to my surprise the owner of the company answered the phone! He listened and arranged to be at my home the next day. He and his workers were on time (!), clean and assessed our issues. He was under the house and in the attic. Once his assessment was complete he showed us videos of areas of concern that we could not see. He is honest, compassionate, fair and complete. He maintains open communication, is fair and prioritized work that needed asap attention vs items that could be done at a later time. There were no surprises. His work ethic is far beyond what we have found available in southern MS with all workers- not just plumbers. We have lived all over the US as Navy sailors. The Rooter Wizard maintains the highest quality work ethic we have experienced. We will not call another plumber- if you are thinking of calling a plumber, call the Rooter Wizard and your plumbing problems will be taken care of and you will know it was done correctly!

I used this company to install a water heater.. they were contracted through Home Depot. They…read morescheduled it quite quickly but then the plumber couldn't find the water cutoff. In the plumber's defense, the tenants had not maintained the yard well and the meter... tho obvious to me as I had lived there, wasn't obvious to him. He did find it and continued the work. After the install.. all seemed to be going well. The old water heater was on a crummy, rotting piece of wood and they stuck the new one on top of it. I called to their business three different times on three different days and did get a callback eventually. They have agreed to come out and make things right, which makes me a happier customer. I was concerned, initially, about service after the sale but they have come through to make things good. The communications problem did give me pause but it happens. I have actually contracted with them to do another job for me.

Finding the short was a tedious process of trial and error. Russell was able to successfully locate the problem and solve it. After the job was completed, Russell followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied and to inform me that Hancock County inspector had certified the job was completed to code. I will definitely hire Russell for my next electrical job.

Their driver pumped around some roots on one side, charging me $450 for an incomplete job. Plus $50 extra for a charge (pushing roots out of his way) that wasn't even a thing they charge for (I did get that back). I understand the roots are my issue and not a service they offer but being in the septic business for 20 yrs as this person (owner) so defensively put it when I asked the question concerning my septic being only partially emptied, why would they not recommend I call someone that can meet my entire needs so that it could be done properly the first time?? Instead they took my money without batting an eye! Insisting to me (from the mouth of the owner) that only one side has to be opened and emptied! I do not recommend them because if your ignorant of unknown and unexpected septic tank issues like I was at the start of this ordeal then they will not do what's right and they will take your money anyway. This has gotten expensive due to other issues in my plumbing and I will still need to find a company that can remove the roots and finishing pumping out the waste properly. To your office personnel Timothy- your a gem! Your the only one who apologized and was professional thanks Timothy and you deserve to work for better people!!

My system started getting air in the lines…read more I called for assistance on Friday afternoon. Was offered for someone to come right away. I was concerned about an emergency call so scheduled for Monday. They made sure I had the number to call in case there was any issues over the weekend. They do NOT charge any emergency service fees like others. Monday came and I was happily surprised they were actually examining the system instead of just trying to sell. My system was approximately 25 years old and I am the 4th owner of it. The repairs in the past were not stellar by the previous people who had worked on it. Even that didn't deter them from trying to just fix the problem and not overcharge. I requested them replace everything. The system was old and I wanted peace of mind that it would last a very long time. The price came in much lower than I anticipated with very high-quality parts. My water pressure has never been better as well as I can run multiples and not even have it slow. They exceeded my expectations by far that day. The work is neat, clearly laid out, filtration much better than I ever had, and they made sure to clean up after themselves. Since the install on 4/27/2026 I have not had any reason to call for additional service. The filters will need replacing in 3 more months, and they offered to come and do the work for me if needed. I can only say they replaced everything I asked them to do and they exceeded everything I could have hoped for. If you have having issues, there are the people to call. You won't regret it.
