Took it back in July 2021 because paint started to fade in different areas. Less than 6 months later, the paint starting to fade even worse than when I originally took the car to get painted. Manuel, the lead person at the shop, had been advising me to bring car back in June 2022 so that he can repaint and fix the blemishes. So when I finally bring the car, he then tells me there's only a 1 year warranty and I would have to pay $750. How can you offer only a 1 yr warranty for a complete paint job? Additionally, there's no where on the invoice that says 1yr warranty. Beyond that, my paint should not be fading after 1.5 years. Instead of owning up to the horrible job that was done, they blamed it on the materials that my body parts were made of. That makes no sense at all. PLEASE STAY AWAY, SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY

The…read moregentleman with whom I spoke saying "I am outside" came across extremely unprofessional right from the beginning as if he was riding high on a horse. From there it went downhill very very fast. I was paying for these repair out of my pocket and wanted to make this very very clear so he does NOT waste his and my time. This purportedly idiot told me flat out "I am not ready to hear out your stories". Those were his exact words. I usually push back giving a middle finger but I restrained myself . What I want to tell him if he thinks the estimates are over $850 (I got an estimate from other shop who is off the beaten tracks. This shop told me any other shops on the beaten tracks will give me estimate over $2000 and will show off their "riding on high horse" attitude too) I do NOT want the estimate. Since anything above $750 is NOT worth it for 22+ old 210000 miles vehicle. It turned out exactly what I warned about. I gave this guy (who is an estimator and purportedly an owner too (IMHO)) a polite but firm earful. I really wanted to tear his paper estimate and throw on his face but I restrained. I usually do NOT waste my time with such guys. They do not how to treat a customer.

The prices are outrageous, the work is incredibly poor, and management refuses to take responsibility for clear mistakes, offering nothing but constant excuses instead. I took my vehicle here and experienced a string of incompetent and careless service: * Incomplete Diagnostics: I paid a premium to have multiple parts replaced to fix an issue, only for the vehicle to die and strand me on the side of the road shortly after picking it up. He clearly never tested the system to ensure the repair actually worked. When I brought it back, he charged me hundreds of dollars extra to diagnose what they missed the first time--a completely damaged underlying component that should have been caught during the initial job. * Sloppy Mechanical Work: I paid over a thousand dollars in labor for a component installation. The very next day, it was actively leaking fluid all over my garage floor. When I confronted George about the sloppy installation, he denied even the possibility of it being his fault and he quoted me nearly the same amount just to fix the mistake. George claimed that since I had provided the part that he would not stand behind the work. When I took the car to another shop for repair they confirmed that it was not installed correctly and now the part stays completely dry. * Broken Promises: Beyond the mechanical incompetence, there is a total lack of respect for customer property. George explicitly agreed to keep my classic vehicle stored safely inside the shop to protect it. Instead, I caught them leaving it completely exposed outside in a torrential down pour. George charges grossly excessive prices for sub-par, careless work and then tries to charge you a second time to fix what he broke or missed. Save your money, your time, and your vehicle. Take your business anywhere else.

They have a relationship with my insurance company, Progressive, which made handling the claim a snap. My car is a somewhat rare model, and there was a part that had to be replaced that had a waiting list several months long due to a parts shortage. Cho's was somehow able to get it in just a few weeks. Wonderful! When I picked up the car, the repair work looked great, and the car frankly appeared brand new because they had thoroughly washed the whole thing and even cleaned-up the interior! The vehicle looked pro! I found the people who work at Cho's to be really friendly, and very customer-service oriented. Ricardo's famous and greatest lie is "we were very transparent with you!" I agree with everyone else that has left a bad review for this business. The people at JC Auto Body Repair did lousey work on my vehicle. The details are too lengthy to mention. Alas Ricardo lies, take liberties with doing work on your vehicle that hasn't been cleared with the owner beforehand. He tries to gas light you when you try to discuss with him why you are not satisfied with the substandard work that they have done on your vehicle. They painted over chips on the old paint and advised me not to take my car through the carwash, something that wasn't a problem prior to JC's touching it! Currently rust , that was never on my car before , is coming through the paint job that they did on the hood. All said and done I'd never return to them, even with a "warranty". The insurance company has given me the ok to have their work redone, but I'm having a difficult time finding a dealership that's willing to go behind JC's and redo their work because of unseen issues/risks that they may run into.

Donny V prepared my estimate and worked with me to get the work I wanted done. I was told the work should be done in one work week and it was. I dropped the car off on Monday and picked it up midday on Friday. Mercedes at the front desk is very helpful with scheduling, status of the work, etc. And she will work with Enterprise to have a loner car brought to you, and have it picked up at V&V when your car is ready. I would definitely recommend V&V for auto body repairs.

While my accident was very minor, Tesla being a Tesla needed extra work and parts to be replaced, and these parts don't come cheap. CMS is a Tesla certified shop, so I believe they only replace your parts with OEM. Thankfully, the other party's insurance was paying for it, but Angel Robles is the absolute man. He was very accommodating and helpful and got me in and out in very little time. Marisa at the front desk was also a wealth of knowledge and experience dealing with the insurance companies. My repairs were spot on, but on top of that they washed my car and vacuumed the interior back to the condition it was in when I drove it off the lot. It was the most pleasant experience you can have given the unpleasant circumstances which bring us there. Cannot recommend them enough. Thank you, CMS!

Mike, Adam, Jamal, and everyone did such a great job taking care of me and handling the insurance claim. What I really appreciated most was Mike and how he kept me informed almost on a daily basis. He emailed me with regular updates and made sure to answer every question I had. It also didn't take long for the repair to be complete (a couple of weeks or so). They want to do the job right and not rush it. After the repair was complete, I heard a bit of a knocking sound coming from the front driver's side. It sounded like it was near the front driver's side tire area. I called Mike and he told me to bring it in when I could and he would definitely take care of the issue. He test drove the car with me so he could hear the sound. Then, he explained to me that it could be a number of things. So, I dropped my car off and Adam, the manager, paid for an Uber so I could get back home. The technicians worked on it first thing in the morning and the issue was solved the next day. They really want you to be a happy customer and they do everything possible to make that happen. I highly recommend them without reservation. They're awesome!!
