Had a nightmare of an experience bringing my guitar in just to get one of the tuners replaced. The first employee that I talked to about it was an extremely snobby and rude man with long black hair who pointed out an imperfection with the neck of my guitar, and tried to scam me into buying a completely new guitar, claiming that mine was on the verge of breaking despite it being perfectly fine besides my broken tuner. The guitar tech came over and easily repaired the tuner, and I never got an apology from the first employee. I know that I was being scammed because I had my fiance take it later to the guitar center in Kansas City Missouri and they repaired the issue with the neck of the guitar for 50 bucks. They told me it was an easy fix, and the guitar center in Sioux Falls tried to scam me into buying a new guitar. Don't go here unless you want to deal with snobby and dishonest crooks. read more
