I placed an order (to be shipped) in store and paid with cash, and after three weeks of hearing nothing, I get a back order notification. At this point the delay is likely to be another 3 months which just isn't a length of time I am willing to wait for my order, and I made arrangements to purchase elsewhere. I requested a refund for my order, and was told it could take up to 6 weeks for me to receive a check by mail, and have at no point received any further communication from them. No confirmation that the order has been cancelled, that the refund has been processed, shipped, nothing. For a company of this size, I would really expect just a modicum of professionalism at some stage of the process. It has been over a month and a half since my initial purchase and over 2 weeks since I requested a refund and I still don't have it. I'm about to start charging them interest on my funds.

I have taken it and a travel guitar in there to get re-strung and Pat has always been so helpful and engaging. I follow his FB pages and saw him perform an original song "Will you Take My Name". I was so blown away by the song that I actually proposed to my wife by singing a version of that song. (His version is much better!). He has built a great following in a short time and has a nice selection of guitars and accessories. I really like his frequent FB posts of him showing a guitar he is working on, or a song he sings. Also, he features a lot of customers singing and playing whenever they stop in. This store has a great vibe. If you are in the area, stop in even if you don't anything, you will have fun.
