Guild Mortgage - Thank you Ashley for the gift basket! You were such a wonderful person to work with! - Mortgage Lenders Near Me - Sacramento, California

In full disclosure I am a real estate agent and I have had the pleasure of working with Ashely in many transactions. Our most recent transaction was a purchase of my own home! I knew that I needed someone that was a hard worker and would keep me up to date on the loan! There was no question in my mind that I wanted Ashley to handle my personal file! My situations as being self employed was not easy but Ashely went above and beyond to get me approved! She also went over different down payment situations and I ended up putting less money down :) She is excellent to work with, very intelligent with high integrity! You will not go wrong once you hire her for the job!! read more

I just closed an escrow and as any Realtor will explain it is a tough proposition getting everything just right so that the clients moves into his home as per contract terms. I found that having Vitek Mortgage Professional Ashley Sanchez in my corner was a real leg up to success. When the deal ran afoul due to the appraisal Ashley immediately moved in and suggested and went to work getting CHDAP in place and approved. Ashley was there at every turn and participated to see that our client and his family moved in as per plan. As a Realtor obtaining that goal is my primary objective and using Vitek as a Primary Lender will be part of my strategy. read more

This is my third transaction with VITEK and working with Ashley. The VITEK Team is very prompt, professional and informative. I first worked with VITEK on a purchase back in 2010. After selling that home, I used VITEK for a second purchase. Recently (closed just this week) I have had my third purchase. All of my purchases closed on time, and had no issues. I work in the mortgage business and chose to go outside my own company because of the trust and service I receive. Customer service is important to me. I love that if I ever have a question, I will promptly receive a response. I never feel like I am in the dark. Specifically, Ashley is amazing. She makes it a point to meet face to face and get to know our needs and what is important to us. She will explain all the different options so you can make the final decision. Keep up the amazing work! read more

Nikki Jaeger just completed a loan for a VIP client of mine. She provided excellent communications throughout the process and was in a position to close early because she did a great job gathering docs and prepping the file upfront. We had to wait for my clients current home to sell before we could close on his purchase, but she was ready and actually kept asking me if could close yet. She was ahead of schedule and very efficient! read more

Once again Ashley really followed through on a situation that most loan originators would have dumped when it got complicated. Not her. She performed above and beyond to get this first time home buyer into a house that is now her home. The Buyer is thrilled that we got it done and that she walked in with a nice equity nest egg and a spa to boot! read more

We had the pleasure of working with Rich, Karen and Mark at this location. They made the whole home-buying process simple and uncomplicated. When we got to closing, everything was exactly as we had been told. Mark even hand carried our documents back so that we could close the same day as our title company signing. Very professional team, excellent communication skills. Would highly recommend! read more

My husband and I purchased our first home at the age of 31 and 32. We had little to no experience in this field. Ashley and her team held our hand the entire way. She answered every question I had no matter how many times I asked them. We are grateful for the awesome customer service and patients her company exuded. Now we are out of my Mother in laws house yay! And into our beautiful home. read more

Ashley Sanchez was great to work with from the beginning all the way through the end (and beyond!). She went above and beyond to get our loan funded on the expected closing date, and for that I couldn't be more grateful. I love to be informed through the entire process, and Ashley did just that. She was always readily available to answer any questions at pretty much anytime of the day which I greatly appreciate. I couldn't be happier with choosing VITEK Mortgage, specifically Ashley, to help us purchase our very first home. read more

I was connected with Ashley Willard via my Realtor, and I am so thankful that we met. Ashley patiently answered my questions and referred me to the right resources so that I could ensure that my dream of owning my own home would be possible. My escrow was very smooth and fast and I received excellent service throughout the process. Last night I cleaned my kitchen in my new home and have never been so happy to clean in my life! read more

I am (was) a First Time Homebuyer! It was so overwhelming and a little scary. And then there was Nikki and my awesome agent Shannon! I can not thank Shannon enough for driving me around in all kinds of weather! And most of all, thank you Nikki for being so detailed and understanding. I felt stressed about the process at first, but Nikki held my hand, worked with my agent & dealt with my sometimes high maintenance attitude in the most professional way. I learned so much about myself and how to handle pressure. Thank you Nikki for sharing your knowledge, kindness & passion, it's because of you I am sleeping in my dream home tonight. I will recommend you to all my co workers, friends and family!! read more

Ashley Willard of Vitek was great to work with! Our escrow went smoothly and even closed early. Thanks Ashley!

I worked with Ashley Willard and her team at Vitek on purchasing my first home and the entire experience was awesome! I really thought I was a long ways off from being able to buy my first home and after working with Julie Tcheng and Ashley WIllard I learned about different programs and options that worked for me and got me in a home much sooner than expected. They really provided very personalized and attentive service, I never felt out of the loop or like anything would fall through the cracks, which is very important when buying your first home! Thanks Vitek, I will be shouting your praises from the rooftops to all of my friends and family. read more

I'm NOT a real estate agent. I considered using Ashley Sanchez as a mortgage broker. She was compared to Wells Fargo. Not only were her fees a bit higher, but she was rude and unprofessional. At one point she told me there were 3 other people getting quotes to purchase the same house I was putting on offer on, and I should consider this in my offer. Not only did she reveal private information from other people, but she was trying to pressure me to bid higher. Ultimately there were no competing offers and they accepted my offer at 10K below asking. I am now happily with Wells Fargo! read more

Ashley was recommended to us by our real estate agent and she was amazing! As first time home buyers, we were completely clueless about the whole process and we had some extenuating circumstances that made our loan application a bit tricky. Ashley handled it all with extreme care, and she went above and beyond to patiently go over all of our options with us before we made any decisions. When we found the house we wanted and were ready to apply for our loan, Ashley made sure that we gathered all of the information we would need to "paint a story" for the lender PRIOR to submitting anything; all of our ducks were in a row when we submitted, so there was no last minute scrambling on our end. She remained in contact during the entire process and really took the time to explain things to us in a way that made sense, making us feel very comfortable and informed. Buying a home is such a stressful process as it is, but Ashley made it as simple and stressfree as humanly possible. Between her and our agent, it was a very enjoyable process and we LOVE our new home. I highly recommend Ashley and Vitek to anyone in the market to buy/refinance a home and would go back to her without hesitation for any future home loan needs. Thank you Ashley! read more

Ashley has been so great to work with! She is always ready to answer any questions that we have had. We were first time homebuyers and she was not pushy at all. She walked and talked us through all of it. If you have any questions related to mortgage services, she is the woman. She is hardworing and has a great personality. We will never use anyone else, neither should you! read more

Ashley (Sanchez) Willard was a true pleasure to work with. As first time homebuyers, we have heard horror stories about the lending process, and were very nervous about this part of the home buying experience. From the first contact with Ashley, our worries were eased. She was very detailed and clear about what she needed from us, and was always available to explain anything and everything when we had questions. She is incredibly knowledgeable about her field, and you can tell she keeps up to date on the current climate and trends in the financial/mortgage world. She was always able to explain things to us in a way we could understand, and would break down all the technical jargon when necessary. Call me a worrywart, but towards the end I just kept waiting for something bad to happen thinking, it couldn't possibly be this smooth... For once, even though it felt too good to be true, it actually was! For personal reasons we had requested a 45 day close from the sellers which they agreed to, but our loan was ready to go well under the standard 30 day mark. I simply cannot recommend Ashley & Vitek enough, we felt we were in the best of hands throughout the entire process, and would absolutely use them again if we had to do it over. read more

Ashley was amazing. Not only did she explain everything she was just a phone call, text or email away every step of the way. We had several starts and stops and one very unnerving seller and Ashley stayed with us all the way. When we finally had a contract to purchase our home Ashley moved us and all the requirements through the process with lightening speed. Even our real estate agent commented on how great it was to work with Ashley. I would highly recommend Ashley to anyone wanting to refinance or buy a new home. read more

Ashley Sanchez was nice at first, but then she started to get too pushy. As a first time home buyer, we like to sit down and go over the numbers, but she was too pushy when it came to the appraisal signing and information. She was worst than a car salesman. She wanted us to pay for things that wasn't needed. She was rushing us. We let her know we were shopping around for interest rates and that we found a better deal with bank of America, she responded " Don't waste my time". She was a former employee at bank of America and she told us we we won't be able to close on time, but guess what we closed early and we saved so much money. Her numbers she calculated for us were wrong, it made us feel as if we were being cheated. Bank of America has given us a lower and better interest rate with 0 points. As a first time home buyer Vitek mortgage made our experience really stressful. My advice for every home buyer is to shop around before going to Vitek. read more
