The next morning by 9 am I was notified an installer was on his way. I got a verbal quote while Caesar was there and an emailed quote later that day with a follow up call. Service was performed by 1 the next day and completed in just over an hour. Caesar did a great job and was clued into exactly how I wanted the project to look. They even had the same color as my taupe 25 year old gutters. Quick, professional service with great follow up. Also the best price compared to others.

But they…read moretore the heck out of the plank they made a cut through with a multi tool- scratching and marring the area all around their ragged, poor quality cut. Really shoddy work and just terrible. They also repitched the gutters to the extreme just dropping the ends to make quick work of it and so they look terrible. They then left out gutter wedges that I then had to call them about and convince them to come back out to put back in. They said via phone I wasn't missing any but I was standing under my gutters at the time and looking up at the gutters and could see them missing. The crew also left garbage from the project around my house. The scrap from cutting out the gutters for downspouts was just left on the ground, the park of the deck they cut out they just dropped on the ground. Really really poor quality work overall.

They were extremely responsive, showed up quickly, and were easy to communicate with throughout the process. The crew was professional, personable, and made me feel comfortable from the start. In my experience that's not always something you get with contractors. What really stood out was their willingness to go above and beyond to help resolve the situation. It's clear they care about their customers and take pride in their work. If you're looking for a reliable roofing and gutter company that you can trust to show up, communicate well, and do right by you, I'd absolutely recommend them. I'd work with them again without hesitation.

They correctly identified that my roof had been damaged by hail roughly 11 months ago, and the USAA adjuster readily agreed. Replacing the roof was accomplished in a manner I did not think possible in any line of business: they CONSISTENTLY did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, and in a manner that exceeded what I expected. After seeing how they work, how they stay in touch, how they show up, and how they are committed to doing things well and fairly, I can 100% recommend them. In fact, I wish I could award more stars because they deserved them. I particularly want to thank Drane, Ryan, and Bertin for their exceptional commitment to excellence and teamwork. Well done!!!

When the scheduled date arrived, they had apparently overlooked the need for some gutter wedges. Because of that, my installation was pushed back another week and a half. When the new date finally came, they never showed up. After I contacted Craig to find out what was going on, I was essentially told that contractors are not worth moving a job around for a homeowner. Be warned where you stand. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. Poor communication, missed appointments, and a lack of consideration for the customer made this one of the worst contractor experiences I've had. I would not call them again for future work.

Josh provided an estimate for us and identified areas to improve water flow that the builder didn't think of. The estimate was detailed and a fair quote provided. Insurance adjuster inspected my roof and agreed I needed a complete replacement. Note: I contacted another roofer who said I had zero damage - very odd! David patiently provided multiple shingle samples (on different trips) as I tried to decide on a color (they look different on the website than in person). Once I had picked out a color he was there to replace my roof in about 3 days. He said the job might take two days but he was done in only one. His crew cleaned up everything (no nails found) and the trailer with the old shingles was gone the next day. Only thing left behind was some spare shingles in case I needed them. Best of all was the job came in at $2,000 below the insurance check! Excellent, fast, courteous, patient, economical and professional service. What more could you ask for!
