The sellers moved on our estimated closing date, June 30. Due to incorrect docs, our loan was pushed back a week. From that time to now, July 8, the utilities have all been turned off and the lawns have been unwatered during the 110 degree heat wave here in So Cal. The sellers, who now reside out of state, left the home in the care of this company and this selling agent who have totally neglected the upkeep on the house and are now in breach of contract and risk losing this sale. As a first time home buyer, I find this extremely distasteful and would highly recommend you look elsewhere for your selling agent. He threatened to evict me and withhold my deposit if I did not remove my comments. I am so glad to finally be out of my tenancy with this company and I can voice my opinion. Even though I still have not seen my deposit. I feel like I was harassed and bullied the entire year and a half I was with them. I have had some bad landlords in the past, but none so mean and rude as these! If my health was not so bad, I would take them to court for what they put me through.
