I did make the mistake of hiring him last spring, and after the first spray, all I got was lots of double talk and one excuse after another, instead of the actual follow up that I had paid him for. He never returned, but my ant problem sure did! I had been warned by other pest control companies about Lawrence, but I assumed it was because KTown Pest Solutions was the competition. I should have listened, because now I'm out nearly $400 (Lawrence has NOT refunded any of my money after many repeated requests and ample time given to him), I still have a bad ant problem, and now I have to pay someone else to do the job properly.

They Charge extra to move the trap or Rebait it and charged me the entire cost of the trap to rent it. Purely a scam. Save yourself the money buy one at buckerfields and avoid this company at all costs!! Update. Just a little note that today I received an invoice from these thieves for an additional 480 dollars to close out my account! No visits from them. No raccoon. No calls nothing!

They advised me that the back deck was swarming with wasps, and there appeared to be a nest under the house. The renters' children were upset, and the presence of the wasps made using the deck impossible. I tried to contact several pest removal companies, but no one was able to attend until the following Monday at the earliest. I found The Bugman website and called the contact number, which was answered by a real person, not a voice mail service. They agreed to be on site within a couple of hours. They arrived as promised, found the nests (there turned out to be four!), and dealt with the problem. I am extremely happy with the services provided by this company, and so were our renters, who were minimally inconvenienced by the wasp issue. Additionally, the cost for their work was significantly less expensive than the other companies' quotes. I would definitely call The Bugman again.
