We were initially told everything would be ready by Thanksgiving, but after that first meeting, communication became extremely inconsistent. Months went by with little to no follow-up. In January, we were told an order form would be sent within a week, but we never received it. Despite multiple calls and emails from our team, we were either ignored or told we would receive a response that never came. Unfortunately, we are now approaching graduation with no class apparel, something that has been a meaningful tradition for previous cohorts. It was incredibly disappointing to have to inform our entire class that, after months of anticipation, we would not be receiving anything. What made the situation even more frustrating was learning that other groups were able to successfully place orders and receive communication during this same timeframe, while we were left without any updates. If the company was unable to fulfill our order, a simple and honest email would have allowed us to seek other options. Instead, the lack of communication left us with no time to make alternative arrangements. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company for large or time-sensitive orders.
