Being a first time home buyer on my own was a little overwhelming. Vince helped me understand the numbers and interest rates is a very digestible manner. Vince gave different options to ensure I got the loan in a more than timely manner, and also provided "just in case" options. His turn around time was just 7 - 10 days, as opposed to other brokers. He was personable and good at his job. After the preapproval, Danielle was super sweet and accommodating. She asked for all the necessary papers and was great about pushing it through with all the other components and moving parts. She was on top of everything with a very personal touch. They promise and actually deliver in a very meticulous and efficient way. I would definitely use them again and again. They will not disappoint!

Matt and his team worked with us to get preapproved and eventually finance our house. He was…read morerecommended to us through a very close friend and I couldn't be happier that we went with him. Matt takes the time to meet with you, either in person or over the phone/computer where he initially explains the entire loan process and the various lending options available. He provided us with excellent service and treated us as if we were part of his family. He never rushed us off the phone and made sure we fully understood the documents we were signing. We ended up getting a loan and having to pay PMI, which Matt helped us to make sure we paid the lowest rate and he helped us explain the advantages and disadvantages of each lending solution. After we closed on the house, Matt added a personal touch to his customer service by following up with a phone call, sending us chocolates and sending a birthday present and card. It was a very sweet personal touch that you will not experience with the big box companies. The only negatives were that when we were at closing, my name was spelled wrong on a few of the documents, however this was corrected fairly timely. Also, our loan ended up getting transfered to a third party once it was completed, prior to the first payment and now there is a bit of a hastle figuring out who/how to pay, however I understand that was all out of Matt's Control. I fully recommend Matt for financing your home. I know if we were to refinance or purchase another home in the future, we will be going back to Matt. He fully deserves all five stars and more.

So in the end, we finally got it done, but definitely took an inordinate amount of time. I was very unsatisfied with the experience and would ask that you look further for a better company if you can because this was just too time consuming of a process that could've been at least 40% more efficient.
