Matt takes the time to meet with you, either in person or over the phone/computer where he initially explains the entire loan process and the various lending options available. He provided us with excellent service and treated us as if we were part of his family. He never rushed us off the phone and made sure we fully understood the documents we were signing. We ended up getting a loan and having to pay PMI, which Matt helped us to make sure we paid the lowest rate and he helped us explain the advantages and disadvantages of each lending solution. After we closed on the house, Matt added a personal touch to his customer service by following up with a phone call, sending us chocolates and sending a birthday present and card. It was a very sweet personal touch that you will not experience with the big box companies. The only negatives were that when we were at closing, my name was spelled wrong on a few of the documents, however this was corrected fairly timely. Also, our loan ended up getting transfered to a third party once it was completed, prior to the first payment and now there is a bit of a hastle figuring out who/how to pay, however I understand that was all out of Matt's Control.
