We have had them do everything since we bought it from oil changes to major repairs when things go wrong...and in a Mini, repairs are not cheap. Phillip and his daughter are both so friendly and accommodating. The last repair had to do with using oil that he actually requested that she drop by every couple weeks and let him check it for her so he could figure out the usage after the repair...and since the shop is a mile from where she works, she's been doing that. We don't take it anywhere else now that we've found Phillip, his family, and crew. And a bonus is that there's always a rescue pup being cared for by Therese and she gets to love on it while they check out her car.
