I would rate this company lower than one star if possible. Our family's experience has been extremely disappointing and painful in every regard. I am at a loss as to how they continue to operate as a business. The staff, from customer service representatives to managers and directors, have displayed a consistent lack of professionalism, competence, and accountability. Every interaction has been marked by countless errors, which led to significant delays and unresolved issues. Despite the substantial financial impact, including thousands of dollars still owed to our special needs daughter and our staff, there has been no proactive communication or attempt to rectify the situation. Furthermore, my emails have gone unanswered, and there seems to be no urgency in addressing our concerns. This level of service is unacceptable and unprofessional, and I would strongly advise caution when considering their services. I also must mention one of their employees who has gone above and beyond to be the most lazy, unprofessional, rude and arrogant human being. Her name is Megan Babcock. With a "Director of Operations" title, she is the most useless and vindictive human you will ever encounter at this company. read more

I had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Stephanie Stage today, and I cannot express enough how wonderful my experience was. From the moment I connected with her, she was incredibly warm, polite, and attentive. She walked me through the app for my schedule with such patience, ensuring I understood every step. Not only did she assist with the app, but she also took the extra step of sending me the necessary emails to fill out, all while remaining on the line to guide me through the process. What truly impressed me was her level of dedication, Stephanie waited for me to submit all my work schedule details before concluding the call. Her professionalism, respect, and jovial attitude made this one of the most positive customer service interactions I've ever had. It's rare to encounter someone who is so genuinely committed to helping a customer, and Stephanie truly went above and beyond. Thank you so much, Stephanie! You made my day, and I truly appreciate all your help! I wish if I could have given you a trillion stars you are one in a million kind of person I'm calling GT unique gem. read more

"Alimat Alabi consistently demonstrates strong leadership by setting clear expectations, delegating tasks effectively, and fostering a collaborative team environment. Alimat actively listen to team members' concerns, address challenges promptly, and provide constructive feedback that encourages professional growth. Alimat has shown excellent problem-solving skills, particularly in high-pressure situations, and maintains a positive attitude that motivates the team. Wow I will check rating in the future. GT is awful. Middle management blames those at the bottom. Director for Operations in Michigan lied to me! Customer Service people try but management is terrible. No polices in place to keep sensitive documents safe. If you worked for GT and now dealing with identity theft, have your lawyer check GT. This is probably where there your personal information was got from. DO NOT USE THEM. read more

Andrea Munoz is a superstar. On several occasions now, she helped me track down a missing paycheck (it was a complicated situation) and then clarified the approved hours on the approved days, explaining each insurance company's policy. She didn't stop until things were resolved. This required a follow-up call, which she made exactly as promised. Thanks so much, Andrea!! read more

I love what GT stands for and I've had the honor of being part of that for over 12 years. I was first a caregiver and later became part of the payroll dept. In those 12 years we have had a lot of ups and downs but that's what happens with growth and as always, we made it through as a team. Thank you for your vision, GT. read more
