Despite being 30 minutes sessions, the workouts are quite intense and challenging, combining strength and cardio exercises and circuits that are usually done using the bars, kettle bells, dip stations, skipping ropes, etc.. but also your body weight. The workouts change daily providing conditioning and exercises for the whole body. The trainers are all very nice, highly experienced and motivating. It's fully equipped with a mini bar at the reception as well as WC and showers with towels and appliances. The gym area, locker rooms are immaculate and so are the showers...thanx to the hard work or Renato...the coolest dude in the place! Best of all, even when it's "busy", it's still pretty chill. If you go very early in the morning or around 9:00 on weeknights, you'll most likely have the gym to yourselves! This needs to be addressed by OTF Corporate as it's not fair for unlimited members. The studio was well maintained and had secure lockers. The instructions by the coach is 20% in French and 80% in English, which was great! Their store had a lot of cool merchandise, which I was very impressed with. Overall a good experience in OTF Canada. Will recommend this studio and will return when I get back to Montreal.

There are three sections: treadmills, rowing, and strengthening. You rotate throughout your class and every workout will be different. There is no half assing here people. You are hooked to a heart monitor and your output is put on display on one several monitors. For you bashful types, don't worry. There is no shaming and the instructor will see that you are working hard. If you are hardly working though, you will get the encouragement you need to make your workout worthwhile. In the end, it's all about YOU working at YOUR pace for YOUR own fitness goals. Hope you give it a try. It's a great gym. Happy it is in Canada now.
