While the service from most of the staff is great, the fry table area rarely has hot food available, and I usually have to ask for fresh, hot gizzards to be brought to the table. The atmosphere can also be hit or miss depending on who is working the register. One particular employee--an older woman with short hair--has been repeatedly rude. She plays music that is mostly static through the speakers, and when the issue is mentioned, the volume is simply turned up instead of being addressed. This used to be one of our go-to spots, but due to these ongoing issues over the last eight weeks, we've stopped coming in.
