Loveliest coffee shop-plant store in the Brussels city center. Of course I was so attracted to it from the very first vision of the facade, the cute metallic tables and the promise of a mini jungle with smell of coffee inside. I entered and was a mini paradise for me. Very luscious greenery (now flowers, just plants), clean tables, and happy people chatting and having coffee (no laptops open yay!). I saw at the communal table taking selfies with the plants and just admiring everything, even the paintings on the walls (fantasizing that my own art is cuter and could be exposed there). I enjoy my own company a lot, but having more people around is always a reason to celebrate for me, and in this case came with Spanish accent. I asked the 2 girls that were looking for a table if they wanted to sit there with me. They happened to be from Murcia, Spain, visiting a guy one of them had met during Erasmus studies...20 years ago! Who will think coffee and plants unite people. Well, we spent the day together visiting the many buildings and cafes in Brussels. Call it serendipity! read more
