Ariel was kindness, courtesy, and knowledge incarnate. He asked all the right questions and patiently and expertly answered my own uninformed ones without an ounce of condescension. He took all the time needed. At no time did he attempt to upset me or suggest I buy anything I did not need. He made me completely comfortable. He has made himself available whenever I have a follow-up questions. I would not think of going anywhere else. I wish all merchants were as knowledgable, accommodating, patient, and as all around terrific humans as Ariel.
