I needed a trellis net, they did not have the size I needed, all the other stores wanted to sell me a larger net or order one! Not Brian, while on the phone he said all he had was his demo model in their tent, so he said come down and I will give it to you! Wow! Talk about going the extra mile on customer service for a complete stranger! I went down introduced myself and good to his word gave me the net I watched as he took it down! I was floored! I needed to Coco coir asked which one he showed me, not the most expensive bag or item, but the package that would fit my needs! Again, who does that? I bought the larger package to make sure I had enough! Get to the counter and he discounts it ! I will make all my purchases from these guys they know how to treat people fairly! If you go tell Brian ( long beard and hair ) that Papa recommended their store because of their customer service!

Ariel was kindness, courtesy, and knowledge incarnate. He asked all the right questions and patiently and expertly answered my own uninformed ones without an ounce of condescension. He took all the time needed. At no time did he attempt to upset me or suggest I buy anything I did not need. He made me completely comfortable. He has made himself available whenever I have a follow-up questions. I would not think of going anywhere else. I wish all merchants were as knowledgable, accommodating, patient, and as all around terrific humans as Ariel.
