I asked the manager present named Pam at the check out if she could help me in my situation. She came to action so fast! Which is super important in this line of work. Pam was able to cancel and refund the previous order in less then 1 sec!

I typically do not just hand out 5 star reviews but I cannot short Blooming Barn of any credit. They did fantastic for my Mother's day selection! I called on Thursday the 11th of May and spoke with the nicest lady I have encountered as far as my customer service career in Maine. I'm so saddened that I did not catch her name but she was so welcoming just via phone call. From beginning to end she carried a pleasant tone, was extremely patient with me as I called from work and informed me of all my possible options which is what I consider above and beyond in any type of customer service. I wanted a floral arrangement to represent me and my three other siblings and she was more than willing to communicate different ideas with me and even let me suggest a price point preferred. I explained to her how I live in Hawai'i and she understood the 6 hour time difference and did not rush me to decide. She let me know that they do same day delivery so if worst case scenario happened I would not have to worry. She also pointed out that they DO in fact have a website and I could also order delivery from in case I was unable to reach them in time. I received my order confirmation right away and the price was absolutely reasonable for the beautiful arrangement my mother received that following Saturday. I am so pleased and would highly recommend this florist for anyone with family living in Maine for any type of occasion. This place is a rip off. Buyer beware! None of the plants have prices and there are no price…read morenotifications in most of the green houses. I gad three flats with petunias, million bells, greenery, and a few unknowns. My bill came to 168.90. To my surprise, I asked about the prices, and complained that nothing was marked. Even the plant pots, on the wall, that normally have tape with prices were not marked, and the prices were removed from the pots. Over priced, and not transparent when it comes to pricing. A six pack of petunias shouldn't cost almost 19.00. Buyer Beware!!!!!
