Buyer beware. Groupon UK are con artists. They owed me credit and after I provided them the proof they requested they acted like they never received it. Then they'd introduce another customer service who'd request the same information which I'd email to them. Afterwards, they'd introduce a new customer service who'd ask for it again. This continued about 5 times. The merchant involved even mailed Groupon UK to tell them I was owed the credit but again they acted like they never received the email. Groupon worst company ever. There is no way you can contact them. If you send an email they send it to the seller company and can't raise anything with Groupon directly. What if the seller ignores you, doesn't deliver, or delays the refund for a month already? Exactly what has happened to me and still don't know how to get hold of someone at Groupon to resolve my issue with the seller. read more

My b in l purchased me an afternoon tea through groupon and i have no recollection of receiving the voucher. Was in difficulty in contacting them due to the covid and the telephone lines not being manned. The answer phone gave an email address but this was not recognised by the system. The expiry date has now passed and my b in l has paid the money all of which has gone to groupon. Do not use them they are immoral. read more

Groupon are the worst company that I have ever had the misfortune of having to deal with. I purchased a voucher for dental braces over one month ago now. I was told by the dentist that my teeth were not suitable. I am still waiting for Groupon to refund my £795. I spent over one hour trying to sort this out with them on the phone yesterday; they wouldn't even put my call through to a manager and basically advised that there is nothing that they can do despite me advising that I was not hanging up the phone until my money was back in my account. When I purchased the coupon, it said clearly on their advertisement that if not found suitable for the treatment that a refund would be issued straight away. I have about 20 emails in my inbox from them fobbing me off and even the dentist couldn't get them to issue the refund. I think that they should be closed down. They have wasted so much of my time now; i'm really annoyed. read more

I used their discount to pay for my son's residential kids summer camp. That event has later been cancelled by their partner. I was told 3 weeks ago that my refund has been processed, but it's not even showing on my Groupon account, and my bank account also begs to differ...
