I came in-store to try and source a pair of fingerless gloves, having purchased a pair from their Manchester location last year, I hoped to get a new pair while in-store. I was disappointed that the staff member would not search the system for me (Other stores generally have no problem doing this), instead, he directed me to the lift to get to the upper level to look for myself (To make matters worse the lift wasn't working) The store does have the average cool/hipster look and feel you'd find in any Urban Outfitters store, they do have some cool items but it is really let down by the service. I just didn't find enough size selection - I'm on the larger size, and the sizes were tending towards XS, S, maybe one M, and that would be it for a lot of items. In this day and age, I think you need to make sure to have all sizes, and a variety of sizes, on hand. The staff wasn't that friendly, either. But it does get the job done, if you need a job done.
