    Doesn't this price seem to be quite expensive? I am asking as we are trying to find a good property…read moremanagement company but by what I have heard from others this seems pretty pricey?? We are looking at this quote and it's pretty much more than what we would expect in the first months rent from the tenant, which doesn't seem right to me?? Thank you for the enquiry with our company. I have attached the rental management contract for you to look at please let me know if you have any questions. We take great pride in all of our units and our tenants, we have a very good communication with them and our owner so that everything runs smoothly. WE treat your property like we own it and do our best to have the best tenant possible so that your investment profits. Set up is 450 plus tax. This give you a online portal so you can log in and run reports or request maintenance things done. This gives you 3D tour, video tour and photos of your property. As well as gets the units listed on 5 advertising agencies for rent. 300 plus tax to find the tenant. This is for finding the tenants and making sure they are employed and can afford to live in the unit. Then its is 15% of the rental income monthly. (This is for properties 8 units or less over 8 units it would scale back) Maintenance is billed out at $45+tax/hour unless it needs a specified plumber or electrical. Since covid hit in 2020 we have offered an extended service to investors who can not get here. This is to start building the trusting relationship we feel you should have with your investment manager. We will go with your agent and look at the house from a maintenance prospective and let you know if the house is is good condition or if we would walk away. All that is required for this is to pay the 450 plus tax set up fee and we are off to building your moncton portfolio. Once you purchase the first Property there would need to be an additional 450 paid for the next property as the set up fee is for one building only an so on.

    Parkwood management which harasses its tenants and makes pure racism in the open air!…read more Since 2018 I have been staying at 336 Mclaughlin and over the years I have suffered a lot of injustice. During the 3 years I have never been late in payment on the contrary even I have always paid in advance and once the concierge allowed herself to come to my house on April 25, threatening to kick me out of my apartment if I did not pay the rent for the month of May dar dar when it was April 25 and I didn't have a problem, I immediately paid him. After that she demanded that I pay my rent always a month in advance and until then I didn't say anything and so far we are on this system and remember that in all the building I am the only one to suffer this. In addition to that, to smoke I went out to the parking lot to do it and another day she came to chase me with violent people as she always does by asking me to go smoke further and immediately a few minutes after I saw her own son go out and smoke just in front of the building and when I showed him that she answered yes he is my son so he does what he wants and indeed this one does what he wants and he allows himself even to leave his dog unattached in the parking lot and this one tried to attack me one day but I narrowly escaped. All this is only the preamble to a long series of injustice and racism that I experience on a daily basis at home. Note that I am paying for an apartment with two bedrooms, but despite this they try to prevent me from receiving someone at my place. And when I went to the management of Parkwood Management to tell them about all this they showed me that they weren't ready to listen to me at least, they almost fired me and made me understand that they are not ready to take my version in front of one of theirs, I was shown that I am not at home but I will not let it be. NB: When I went to the concierge to explain to me about the supposed noises she talks about and which does not come from my place at all, all my neighbors confirm it she told me word by word (Fuck off black) .
