I needed a co-working space, I just had no idea there was one in Cranbrook! My kids pointed it out to me, and holy moly, it's beautiful. Pros: - Really, it's stunning. The photos don't do it justice. - Huge space, lots of different areas to work in, all your business needs available (including meeting space, free coffee, teleconference equipment, a Skype room, showers, printing, kitchen) - Friendly folks to "work" with. People introduced themselves, lots of water cooler chat, but also space and privacy to work. - Lunch and learns. - 24/7 access plans - this was crucial for me, might not be for you. - Family and dog friendly space. - Staff very open to suggestions, feedback and general chitchat. Aren't any cons the I can think of. Depending on where you sit, it can be very warm or very cold. Generally it's warm upstairs in the nomad area. It can be a bit noisy in the upstairs nomad area, headphones fixed this easily. The app to sign up wasn't great, but this isn't their fault. Cost was fair and reasonable, and I was able to pro-rate based on my weird start/end date and short term visit.
