It looked like some lawn service was playing around in the wetland area and this community has had…read morea lot of issues with new developers trying to create an HOA where there isn't one, making it appear there's amenities they've refused to put in, etc. For that reason, we retained an attorney. Today, after recording them in this wetland area, I was flipped off and called names by the primary man in the photo. He literally went all the way around a few blocks on his mower to come to our yard and proceed to harass us. We advised him to leave and that we retained an attorney, provided his name, etc. Instead of leaving it be and leaving this man leaves to go get the other 2 that were mowing out there with him just to come back to our house for a second time to again provoke and harass us, as well as call me names. As you've been notified and could hear on the phone, we have retained an attorney. Everything they're doing out here has been WITHOUT consent of the residents and we are not part of any HOA, have lived here nearly 17 years and never will be part one. No amount of abuse of power with voting, elections or threats will make us become part of one either. These actions were completely unacceptable and have been reported, as will any further actions made by your company.
