But the result was much more, the variety of flowers, shrubs and trees, (some bearing berries for birds) is the envy of the entire neighborhood. The plants have matured into a planned "painting" of contrasting foliage. My experience is that money spent outside of the house goes further than remodel money spent inside...maybe it is the "alive" thing that plants have. We accepted their bid to remove a flower bed from under some pine trees and add mulch. They showed up on time, and completed the job. We did express some concern that they wanted to do the job so early in the season before all the plants were up. We had some weeds come up later in the summer. We hit a little bump in the road with communications to take care of the issue, but in the end they came back and corrected the issue, stood by their workmanship and corrected the issue we had.

I tipped…read more$200 more because it was hard and took them almost 10 hours over 2 days because one guy got sick and had to go to the hospital. - Gave me quote on Yelp from pictures I sent, instead of just telling me to call to set up an estimate like most places do. - Showed up early, but not too early, and got to work right away. Asked for a $150 more on top of the $650 I was quoted, which was fine because it was a big job and $650 was already by far the best deal I'd found. Paid via Zelle. - Cut up logs and stumps with a chainsaw and used a tarp and wheelbarrow to move all the stuff across half an acre. - Polite, expedient, considerate. I fed him lunch and coffee and water. I wouldn't hesitate to have these dudes back.
