After traveling to Paris, I fell in love with the French food and wanted a taste of that in Madrid so stumbled into here for some brunch. Their menu offers a lot of food that you cannot find all over the city- different salads, lighter options, and of course, different types of delicious breads with their jellies and spreads. From the quiche to eggs benedict, I have never been disappointed with the food. Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment comes with the service. Each time I have come I felt neglected and like I was fighting to get the workers attention. The food makes you want to come back but after the last time when my relaxing breakfast rendezvous turned into a bitter affair thanks to the service, I am not certain I will ever go back again. At least to this location.

The first dessert was basically like apple pie without the top layer of crust and not as much of the jelly-like filling. The second was a suggestion of my worker friend. It was kind of like créeme brûlée with a thin pastry crust on top with powdered sugar and roasted almonds. That was definitely my favorite! It was 7€ total which I think is reasonable for the top notch level of quality and service.ñ!
