If you're an engineer type like me, he'll give you a spreadsheet market analysis, if you are are more mood and feel, he will speak to that. 5) Great negotiator 6) Super punctual and responsive, we pulled off a 30-day closing window which wouldn't have been possible w/o Rich's professionalism I could go on. So glad we found him.

He was very thorough when looking at houses with us and pointed out things to look out for that we would have otherwise missed. He worked diligently on our behalf from the time we hired him as our agent through closing. In that time we saw quite a few houses and made several offers, but not once did we ever feel pressured by Rich - he very much works for his clients and is not at all pushy, which we sincerely appreciated! I would recommend Rich to anyone looking to buy a home in Greater Boston!

I looked at one of their apartments. The room were okay. But the bathroom kitchen and cellar were…read moredisgusting. No dishwasher the inside shelving inside cabinets of kitchen and bathroom wret all peeled and dirty. The stove was 30 years old. Or looked it. The stove door had to be pulled down hard. It kept squeaking and stopping. There was a long cabinet on the wall. I thought it was going to be a little kitchen shelving. I couldn't believe what I saw. It was a very very old built in ironing board probably from the 50s-60s. It was filthy. Dust and dirt came out. I bet none of the Conways have such a beautiful pristine such as this one. If I took that apt I was going to put my beautiful pots pans and dishes in a big tub the shelving was so disgusting. The cellar? I've been on my own for a very long time. I have never ever seen nor smelled anything like it. It was not water proof. There was a hookup for a washer and dryer. I would've never put appliances down there to get destroyed. It's the perfect breeding ground for mold and black mold which if exposed to can be fatal. The 1st floor apartment was right over that. Again I bet the ceo of Conway realty doesn't have such a perfect cellar. I can't believe they had the nerve to show that with such audacity. They were bragging on their website how they are the number 1 independent realtor in the country. When first looking at this apt the person showing it? I had no idea what her connection was to Conway realtor. They also deal in loans and banking. Well maybe he's on a tight budget. I can understand that. I also have to be careful with my money as well. Poor guy is just doing his best. And here I am complaining. Yeah a dishwasher may hit hard in his pocket. If I showed the cellar to the Board of Health they would make him pay a hotel for the tenants to stay in order to clean it up....spotless and safe. It may be a sick building because of the possibility of black mold. Someone's precious animal or child could get very ill or die from black mold. I just keep thinking about his bragging on his businesses. His wonderful daughter is just as aware of how important it is to have a safe functioning home. Yeahhh I bet she had the same style kitchen and bath as this apartment. Why wouldn't she? It seems to be good enough for the renter. If the apt is good enough for the tenant why not her? She probably has the same ironing board and appliances. How lovely her home must be too. Modest living it's called. Right. How minimalist. Just look in that cellar and you'll see minimal at its top form. Again inside the cabinets was all peeled paint. Sink also from late 50s. Hey I love retro but come on. Functionality. Doesn't that count concerning kitchen and bath. The rent was $2100. I thought for a two br in that area was cheap. Yeah. I found out fast why. See the other rooms were big and pretty. But the built in cabinet had layers and layers of paint. The draws in the apartment were hard to use because of this. Oh the very old tile floor in the bath had a huge crack in it. Later I looked a the photos again and there it was in the picture. A big crack. Goes well with the sink and tub. Under the sink the same peeled paint decorated the same as the kitchen ones. Cute. I must have the name of their interior decorator. I think his name I last heard was James Mugs. Hey he's in high demand. Popular. Oh right I forgot. When I asked the realtors name I was told he was sick. She would not tell me the name because of this. I spoke to her about it and walla the name was put on the site. Hiding were we? Well I've said all that needed to be. Except I heard he make some tenants pay for their own water. Cheap cheap. Landlords screen possible tenants? Well I also screen possible landlords/ladies while they are screening me. Haahh. Just a warning about this realtor insurance and banking conglomerate. Stay aware when renting. Don't feel shy if you see something that needs to be fixed before moving in. Okay did my ranting get raves?

Susana Murphy is nothing short of A MIRACLE WORKER. From both a seller's and a buyer's…read moreperspective, my wife and I can attest that Susana really delivered on every level. Energetic, hard-working, dedicated, committed, well-educated, passionate and above all else, GENUINE, are just a few words to describe Susana. My wife and I began looking for homes late last summer shortly after we found out we'd be expecting our first child. In order to find the right home for our future family, we knew we needed to sell our home on the cape quickly in order to buy around the same time. Susana made this process seamless for us, and we couldn't have been happier with the sale of the home on the cape. What we really want to highlight is our journey with Susana to finding our dream home. We had many odds against us with purchasing a home in such a seller's market, our first baby soon on the way, and our visions of our dream home being a tall order, Susana made it happen for us. Even when we felt doubtful and started to get desperate and willing to settle, she never let us stray from our original vision. We are so glad that we followed her lead because it landed us in our dream home. If you are looking for an agent that not only understands the market, but takes the time to understand their clients and their tastes, Susana is able to do both. If you're unsure how to navigate the real estate world, she's the best advocate you can have on your side to guide you over all the hurdles. Thank you Susana for paying attention to our needs and delivering the perfect home.

I was immediately impressed with her communication skills - she answered the call, gave me a specific time when she would call back and then did exactly what she promised. She also provided a wealth of knowledge about the area and immediately followed up with very sound advice on how I should proceed. As an investor who owns more than 30 homes, I was instantly impressed with Susana and continueto be more and more impressed as we move through the process. She's full of great local info, have profound real estate knowledge and have persuaded me to not buy certain properties that looked good on paper. I believe she is more concerned with my having a successful experience than just selling me a house. I would recommend her to anyone.
