Jacob and his crew showed up when he said they would and promptly got to work. They began by blowing all the leaves and debris from my roof....something I never recalled any other company doing! Added bonus is now not only my roof is clean, my gutters are cleared! My roof looks 100% better and they took the time while they were spraying the cleaning mixture to make sure my plants around the house didn't get the mixture on them. Paramount pressure cleaning also cleaned my drive way and they did a fantastic job. Our driveway has a dip at the bottom where water and dirt always collects at. Not only did they cleaned every inch of the driveway, they didn't leave the dirt collection in the dip as many other company has. They took the extra steps to wait for the water to drain and then removed the dirt runoff. I would definitely recommend paramount pressure cleaning. Their pricing is fair but their attention to the little details is what mattered most to me.

Unfortunately, just 10 months after completion, the sealant failed, and the pavers were no longer resisting water. When I contacted the owner, Jacob, to address the issue, he repeatedly made excuses for why they could not return to correct the work. Eventually, he stopped replying entirely and went completely silent. Due to the lack of communication and failure to honor their warranty, I have filed a formal complaint against this business with the Better Business Bureau (BBB).

Whatever work we wanted, he was willing to do. My parents and I are so happy we had the whole porch repaired. It looks incredible. Nick and his colleague worked hard to get the job done well and even worked through the rain (not for the roof, which would have been dangerous, but on the risers). And the price was excellent!
