However before the end of the first year, the "stain", which I really think was not a stain, started to peel off in several places. I wrote to College Pro to tell them we were unhappy. All I got back was that they blamed "structural damage" and wouldn't do anything to remedy the situation. It was a costly project. Not only are we out of the $$$, but our deck looks TERRIBLE. Do NOT USE THEM!

I had got several quotes from various painters and everyone was way out of my budget! I also did not have the confidence to do it myself! I got a flyer for College Pro Painters and I gave them a call. They were super pro and showed up when they said they were going to, walked the exterior of the house and gave some quotes on things! We did the paper work and 2 weeks later I had a painted house! They did good job.. I did have to remind them of a few things and they did leave some painters tape in the lawn and didn't pick up all their stuff but.. Little price to pay for a affordable paint job! Also they took the paint that I purchased with them, I called and they dropped it back off. Honest mistake! All in all, my house is not a blochy mess anymore! For an affordable price!
