Dirty and unsanitary "business" run out of a very dirty home. The groomer nicked my cat in 3 places…read moreand there was blood. If she noticed, she didn't say anything. Did not get all matted hair out as requested. Should not be in business and I will never go back. The "groomer" didn't want me to enter the home after she took my cat inside a d closed the door while I parked my car. I opened the door to go in and she said, no I can't come in. I stated I was not leaving my cat here alone and that I always stay with her when I take her to get groomed. She allowed me inside and then I realized why she didn't want me there: it was to conceal the incredible dirty mess and unsanitary space. The table she put my cat on was filthy a d she did not wash her hands or use gloves while she worked on my cat. The tools she used were dirty amd not cleaned prior to use. Horrible experience all-around.

I wasn't too mobile, and buses weren't running. long story short, she came to the apartment and ha to de-mat my poor little dude. She took excellent care trimming the sensitive spots, and under his circumstances, she did an awesome jo! She was great with Marley, he can be a handful to deal with, but she really came through. Later she even dropped off some soothing creme for his skin, way above and beyond!!! If I ever am in the area I would give her a call!!!

Unfortunately, due to her trailer issues you have to drive to her home in Langford but it is still worth it to have the cats handled so wonderfully and gently. Still think she is the greatest.
