Online they say if you want an estimate to text that number and they'll give you an estimate. I texted them on a Saturday. I got a response on Sunday. I then texted them on Monday asking for an appointment on the same day or the following. I got no response. I did not realize that they are closed on Sundays/Mondays and that weekend was MLK day. Well a week later and nothing. The least they could have said was "sorry we don't have anything available until whatever date.. or I'm sorry we are closed but we'll get back to you during business hours".. Very disappointed. Well I guess they didn't want my money.. and I am not gonna beg for you to take it. I'll keep searching for a groomer.

Our dog's nails were quickly trimmed and he was taken good care of. They trimmed his nails and expressed his anal glands for twenty dollars and we were on our way in no time! For owners, if you choose to wait, they have a small waiting area with restrooms, a water fountain, and WiFi. The storefront is in a warehouse area, there is plenty of free parking. On September1st while out of town, I received a call from a staff member of Dogtopia located at…read more14885 Persistence Drive in Woodbridge Virginia,(703) 278-2045 informing me that my dog Cindy while playing with another dog, was attacked by a dog that was behind her. This other dog turned around and latched on to my dog Cindy, inflicting bodily harm on Cindy that required them to take her to an emergency room for treatment. After being sedated, Cindy required stitches to her left ear, her throat, chest and insertion of a pen rose drain to the left side of neck. Various bites located on top of her head and body were flushed with an antiseptic solution to prevent infection. Cindy required a second visit to urgent care due to copious drainage from the pen rose drain, incurring additional costs. I have spoken to the manager Susan who was supposed to be either getting back to me, or her boss Steven was supposed to call me back. I have not heard back from either one. Cindy is scheduled for a third visit for follow up and removal of her sutures on September 22, 2025. Despite what it says in a signed contract, Red Barn Dog ops south LLC d/b/a Dogtopia of Woodbridge, is refusing to cover any of the costs associated with this incident, that my dog did not initiate. If you choose to board your pet here be forewarned, they are not reputable, and do not abide by their own contract.

Danielle is friendly and reliable and most of all - she does a great job. We always go with a short cut on our Maltese for ease of maintenance and Danielle's cuts are very consistent. Our dog always looks the same, which is a big positive in my book. Other groomers have delivered inconsistent looks when we simply wanted the same haircut. The convenience of the mobile service is hard to beat too. It's a little more expensive than service at a brick and mortar building, but it's worth it in my opinion. You won't regret going with this business for your furry friend's grooming needs. Highly recommended. ***In the post-grooming photo of my pup, he'd had a recent vet procedure that resulted in a stitch in his forehead and a partially shaved right leg.
