Our dog Rocky suddenly lost his eyesight and shortly after, had trouble breathing. We brought him to the ER in Albany. I called FPAH and asked them to send over his records. His condition worsened so I brought him to Cornell university. I called FPAH and asked them to send over his records. They discovered Rocky had a nasal tumor. A few days later I stopped in and asked if they would oversee his treatment plan and guide me as to what to do. The hospital manager came out and told me that I was rude over the phone over the last two weeks and they would no longer be providing us with services. I WAS IN SHOCK!!! I have always been respectful and pleasant. The funny part is that one of the girls behind the counter is one of the most miserable people we have ever encountered. Always has an attitude. So they gave up on Rocky as he was dying.... ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!!
